Mike manages the vending machines and the farm shop.

Mike joined in November 2015 to help open up the shop and he remembers it being a fun and extremely busy time

“The run up to opening the shop was both hectic and very exciting.  We had to source all our suppliers and still had to finish off the interior of the shop itself before we opened in December..  One minute I was installing the till and sourcing cheese suppliers and the next I was painting walls!  It was so rewarding to see our first customers come through the doors when we opened the following month”

Favourite part of the job:

Has to be product sampling…. Someone has to do it!
